ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All products on this site are customized and made to order; therefore, items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Please review your order details before submitting your order. Check color, sizing, and spelling carefully. If you are unclear of your size, please check the sizing guide provided on each product page, or email Stitchworks directly with any questions. Once your order is submitted, it is sent to production immediately, and cannot be cancelled/changed. Items may only be exchanged (not returned) if they are defective, or if Stitchworks has made an error in product or decoration. If you believe your item is eligible for exchange, please email Stitchworks within 14 days of receipt and we will look into any issue immediately. If approved, Stitchworks will remake the same item and ship as soon as possible. Stitchworks may request that the original defective item be sent back to us. If so, we will send return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be refunded or replaced.
